New version released today!

A few known bugs / points:

1. PC users will not see MIDI channels 15 and 16 in the pop up menus *unless* they hold the mouse button down when scrolling to the bottom of the list. Just a weird Java/PC thing I think....

2. Color scheme will be screwy on PC's when in 256 color mode. Higher modes display colors right. This is a known Java bug.

3. Although I've not had a chance to try it yet, I don't think 202 Hack will work with *both* MIDI channels set to the same value; I think that only the internal sequence will be coded for. More on this later.
