Ultimate Y2K Sanctuary In Colorado Rockies/Reprisegreenspun.com : LUSENET : Y2K PERSONALS : One Thread |
I am presently building my own Y2K Sanctuary on one of two contiguous 35 acre parcels that I own in a premier ultra-secluded gated development nestled into an 8,000-10,000 foot aerie in the Wet Mountains of south central Colorado, located about 80 miles southwest of Colorado Springs or about 90 miles north of Taos, New Mexico. I am now offering to sell my other 35 acre parcel to a person or family that is "Y2K Aware" and who will be a positive asset as a future neighbor. The property, known as "Aspen Ridge", directly overlooks the Wet Mountain Valley below, and stares eyeball-to-eyeball with the 14,000 foot peaks of the Sangre de Cristo Range. Aspen Ridge is an ideal blend of sunlit meadows, vast groves of aspen, fir trees and spring fed ponds. Wildlife proliferates, including elk, mule deer, black bear, golden eagle, wild turkey and lots of hummingbirds. Surrounded by more than 2 million acres of national forest and national wilderness areas. Excellent for high altitude gardening & farming. It is the Ultimate Y2K Sanctuary. For a detailed 6 page Informational Letter and/or photos of property, contact me at:

Sounds like mighty high priced land for the 'average' person to handle alone. You might want to make a list of your inquirers who find it too expensive, and possibly bring them together as a group to share the cost and perhaps work together for mutual support. Who know, you might end up with some real nice neighbors! I'd personally like more information. Thanks!Roy
