Let's use this thread for discussing various ways to publish internally generated documents on the intranet.

One method is to set up a shared file system folder and allow the users to drop files into this folder. Then a product like Microsoft Index Server can be used to index and retrieve.

Another option is to use a product to convert these documents on the fly and post the results to the web server.
