Assuming the Napocor can provide Meralco with electricity, will Meralco be able to distribute this in the Year 2000?

If NAPOCOR is not Y2K compliant by the year 2000, they will not provide Meralco with electricity because they will not be able to bill them properly. This is also true with Meralco and the electric power users.
