I just got a Viking CompactFlash PC card adapter with a 8MB memory care and tried to use it in our Kodak DCS 1c digital camera. I got an error message of "E 7" flashing on the back LCD. I immediately remove the card and reinserted the 520 MB pc card that came with the camera. The camera works fine and the compactflash card works in the computer. But does this mean that CompactFlash cards do not work with high end digital cameras?
