i JUST GOT THE SAMPLING OPTION FOR MY K2000. iT'S GREAT, EXCEPT FOR ONE THING. WHEN I AM PREPARING TO SAMPLE SOMETHING, THE METERS WILL SHOW A FAIRLY ADEQUATE LEVEL. HOWEVER, WHEN I PLAY BACK WHAT I HAVE JUST SAMPLED, IT IS MUCH LOWER, USUALLY 20 Db OR MORE. IS THERE SOME PARAMETER THAT I CAN TWEAK TO ADJUST THIS? ANY KNOWN CURES?

Sorry for the delay in answering your question. It appears that I missed a number of posts to this forum.

I have recently added a Sampling Tutorial on the K2500 Zone website. The process is exactly the same on the K2000. Take a look and if you have more questions please stop back and I promise to answer your question in a more timely basis.
