we would like to make use and advantages of the flashpix format in pcs & macs in our company . however there are very limited informations & support .

we have a catalog program in our company written by access 97 , we use jpeg and the pogram almost reaching 1 gb because of photoghraphs in interior decoration textiles . we have a speed problem , quality problem , too much mb problem , quality print problem , etc.

and now we are going to have an extensive web page designed and again similar problems will occur . do people need flashpix format plug-ins to surf our photos , etc.

we would like to convert our digital photos from jpeg to flashpix format , } guess 1 / 3 in mb will be sufficient enough . but there is no flashpix format nor conversion possibilities in office 97 pro. in english & turkish .

we have our own high professional digital ( dicomed ) camera and we take our own photos . we use macintosh and all windows as well .

pls kindly inform us much possible .

I am having a simular problem, but if you go to your Microsoft Office 97 CD there is a Flashpix filter under the VALUPAK\FLASHPIX\FPXFLT32.EXE but I don't know if this helps (I couldn't get it to work) if you get it to work please let me know how.

P.S. You have to have Service Release 1 CD of MS Office 97 so I will email you the file.
