Grading contract for a B

I am involved in the planning for the Extension Early Career Training and have been on a conference call to discuss the needs of new educators and the methods of meeting those needs. I have visited with several new educators to gather data to contribute to others doing the same project. I have been invited to attend the next new educator training in January, where I hope to be able to provide feedback for future trainings. This planning is anticipated to involve more conference calls and possible face to face meetings with other members of the cohort group. Following this training, I will be able to document how needs were met and if the methods proposed by the cohort group were successful.
