Contract For Grade:

I would like to contract for an "A" in the course. I will meet all of the "C Grade" requirements and complete two projects to meet the requirements for an "A" contract. My two projects will be: #1 A written summary of my survey conducted during the Extension Annual Conference in October 1998 at Duluth MN. I will post my results to my Cohort Web Site. I will discuss my results via ITV during a regular class meeting. My discussion will include handouts. #2 A written summary of my involvement with the cohort group working with Sue Damme on the Early Career Workshops for Extension Educators. I will conduct interviews of people who attended the early career session in September, 1998 and ask what additional kinds of information and learning processes would be helpful to them to provide input for the Early Career Workshop on January 25-27, 1999,. I will also participate in the planning, preparation of materials, and facilitation of sessions as well as present during sessions of the workshop,and participate in the evaluation of the session.
