Allright folks, I drew up some sort of skeleton business plan. Of course, the official one will have to be much more detailed and researched, and conformant to actual business plan format, but I think this gives us some basic sort of focus/direction. And, writing this thing up just confirms that I'll be damned if we're not onto something major here.
