Anyone have any experience with the British Berkefeld portable water filter/purifier? It's a gravity-fed purifier using ceramic filters. Supposedly an old design used by missionaries and what have you. Pro's and con's? Not sure it will filtter out E Coli bacteria which I understand goes down to .3 microns.
