I setup the Effect on channel midi#16. So I can change any effect that have in my K2500 machine. My question that. Any one know how to control the Effect percent % by sequencer(Cakewalk) software ?

If you edit the program that is on MIDI channel 16...go to the EFFECTS page. You can set 3 parameters that can be controlled in real- time. Assign a Source to adjust the wet/dry then pick a depth value.
