What does the Load variable represent? And do the 3 Load outputs which are coming out of the Register Access Control all contain the same value, or are they separate from each other??

Answers

Please note that the figure in the handout is only a guide. You may need more/less communication between modules to get a design that works easily in a way that you understand.

But anyway, the registers can obviously only be enabled for read/write at certain times. Some logic will determine when these certain times occur, and need to communicate this to the registers.
