In the U.S. it can be found at Borders and Barnes & Nobles. It seems to focus on photography from a collectors view point, no technical stuff, nor articles on creativity, etc, more on famous dealers, artists that are good investments, good friendly galleries, etc. If you're still interested, e-mail me and I'll get the infor for you from my local bookstore.

I purchased B&W and really enjoyed it. Even though there wasn't any 'technical' information, it was still very instructive. It's like going to a gallery and viewing the artwork. Very inspirational for B&W photographers interested in creating photo art.
