I purchased a Maine Coon on the 25 of Oct. the 29 I had to take it to the vet. It had viral pneumonla, after a 6 week treatment the kitten died my question is : could viral pneumonla happen in three days or could this have happen at my house. The breeders have no health contrack. I'm out $750.00 for cat and $276.00 vet bills. Help can't stop crying.

I lost a kitten in 2 days from viral pneumonia. Day one I called the vet because he was not feeling well; nothing could be found. Day 3 he was dead. It is unfortunately possible.
