I purchased a cat on the 25 of Oct. the 29 had to take to vet. Diagnosis was pneumonla, after a 6 week ordeal the kitten died. an autopsy stated viral pneumonitis. vet says in other words Bordella. The breeders say no health contract no refund. and looking at this board it seems to be a lot of Maine Coon breeders that do this. It's giving the others a bad name. What should I do? I payed $750.00 for cat and $267.00 in vet bills.thats over $1,000.00 I'm out.

My kitten who died of viral pneumonia was not bordetella. Necropsy was done and no sign of bordetella.
