I am on AOL When I bring up a sample picture from a picture file and then "SAVE AS" to download I do not get the Picture file but a 33k file of somekind which of course gives me nothing to open up in Photo Shop to ultimately print for comparative purposes. Can someone tell me how to get the actual file down loaded. Thanks

I'm taking a wild guess, since I don't have AOL, but try reading the AOL alert at the bottom of the www.imaging-resource.com page. It may be that just a bit of careful reading will solve your problem. My guess is that you're getting the AOL compressed versions of the images due to a browser setting you need to change.
