Grade Contract for Kia Harries I would like to accomplish all the tasks required for a "C", but would also like to do the following to receive an "A". Hold a teachers workshop to present "Prairies in Bloom" curriculum which I wrote with two co-workers. This workshop will be held to show elementary teachers the curriculum, as well as how to use it and to invite them to provide feedback and additional resources that would help supplement the curriculum. I would like to present a summary of the teachers workshop during an ITV session. I would also like to expand on the Early Career Workshop sessions I have been working with as a cohort member. I am also working with the Day on Campus component for new educators and would like to write a summary and present that information as we receive some feedback and experience the first two sessions in June and August. Betsy, I am concerned about the direction of my thesis. Mentoring is a strong interest of mine, but I also have the love of teaching elementary aged students and do a lot of curriculum writing for programs I do in the schools (generally short-term) and am interested in a combination of these projects, or how I can supplement the work I am currently doing by developing more through a thesis, etc. Any feedback would be really appreciated!

This idea of a teachers workshop to present "Prairies in Bloom" curriculum to show elementary teachers the curriculum is great for a contract grade. I'm wondering if the feedback and additional resources will not only supplement the curriculum, but also help form ideas about adding a mentoring component???
