Was anyone else really disappointed with the art in the end of the Herodotus file? There was no detail, the lines were all scratchy, and preportion was kinda messed in a few panels...

They could have done a MUCH better job with that I think, although the rest of the book rocked...

Well, The Herodotus File is a bit old - the whole trend for ultra- realistic comics was just beginning. But you're right, it's still a pretty shoddy job. I seem to recall Peter Chung saying somewhere that Aeon Flux wouldn't make a good comic... was this the proof, or what?

I think that the art in the book did suck, yet, I think that AEon Flux could make a great comic book if done well. Of course it would'nt be as good as the show but hey it would be some new AEon Flux stuff that we could get on a regular basis.

The art in the show is great, so wouldn't you think they would be able to do a really good job on still pictures. I mean there is so much less of a task drawing for a book.
