Please tell me in your opinion what is a good price for a used Canon XL-1 an do you know of any good wholesale houses?

me aswell. The best I can identify at the moment is about B#1700. Check out the optex web-site - some of their deals have been the best I've found for used Xl-1's

It seems the going price is between $2,000 and $2,800 for a used XL-1. I did not find any used XL-1S's online.

And, as is often the case, B&H Photo&Video in NYC is the most likely to have a refurbished model in stock.
