I'am looking for a camera that indoor pictures comes out with flash but not actually using a flash. Can you help me?

Not sure I understood the question, but essentially all digicams with flash give you the option of forcing it to stay off, even in low light conditions. Some cameras do better under lower light than others - We've recently (Since ~January) been testing low-light shooting - see pictures on each camera's "pictures" page.
