Lexar Media's web site claims their CF memory is faster than the competition, and uses less power. I cannot find the technical specification on their web site. Has anyone been able to confirm these claims? I have written SanDisk, and will post their official response.

Well, yes and no: I think the cards themselves are faster, if you have a camera that can take advantage of them. Many cameras aren't set up to use the speed though, so you may not see any speed advantage on them. (The Sony D700 does very well with faster memory, the Nikon and Canon cameras don't seem to notice the difference.)
