hello...

considering the f16 problem of the kodak DC240, do you think that it is already safe to buy this camera online? the camera looks like a good buy,with the zoom, and USB connectivity and all, but i'm afraid that i might get the defective version.

i'd like to buy the dc240 from an online merchant that ships internationally. i'm afraid that i might get ripped off and be sent the defective version, itwould be such a hassle to have it returned/exchanged later on since i live in southeast asia.

also, if ever i buy, do you know of the serial numbers of the camera which are proven to have no defects or which serial numbers i have to avoid?
