I have had a mustek 600III EP Plus for the better part of a year. While returning from vacation, we noticed our power pack was cold and the scanner was not working, lighting up or anything. We put another power pack on it, it now scans only a white blob. No picture, no color, just white. HELP!

My suggestion would be to reinstall the drivers and software for your scanner. If your scanner was not disconnected from a power source while you were away that could be your problem - you may have had a power surge. Good luck.........
