What's your best time of the day?greenspun.com : LUSENET : Xeney : One Thread |
Obviously one a.m. isn't mine, at least not after two nights of wretched insomnia. I'm at my best between five thirty and eight thirty in the morning. It's all downhill from there. How about you?

Sounds to me like you need a vacation. A long one.Anyway, I used to be a night person, but these days I don't really have a particular time of day when I'm at my best or at my worst. Guess that's one of the advantages of living alone.
(Come to think of it, I do hate the evening rush hour - it always leaves me in the mood to play 'Pretty Vacant' by the Sex Pistols at maximum volume.)

I'm at my best between 7 and 11 PM. I've never been much of a morning person, and I've been forced to be on in the last few years. I've been getting up between 5:30 and 6:30 and staying up past 11.If I had my way I'd become a night owl again. I'd prefer to sleep during the day and work through the night. In those times i'm at my best between 2 and 4 AM.

When I am asleep *grin*... no I suppose around lunch time when I am really awake and having my first meal of the day... it is downhill from there.

I was here earlier, but it was about 4a.m. or so your time, so I didn't want to wake you. ;-)
I was going to say that after I get up and have a cup of tea, that would be my best time, especially when checking my e-mail & catching up on journals. The kids are all still in bed. I get the most done between 10 am and 2pm, as long as I keep the t.v off. Once it hits after supper, its all down hill.
My neighbours have a joke whenever we get together for a "card night". We have to play Whist first, because I'm bad at it, and hearts last because i can win in my sleep. i start nodding off around 10 or so... that's when my husband & the neighbours wife (my best friend wendy) wake up!

I'm a confirmed night owl:) 10pm-2am -- that's when I write most of my journal entries.Complete opposite from you Beth, I can frequently be found still UP and about to go to bed, around the time you're getting up and doing the morning person thing.
