I'm not really sure about the article that you want. However, Vol 83, No. 4 -the July August issue has a great article about Sourdough, by Doc Salsbury. Also, this issue has an article about making your own yeast, so if you are into breadmaking, you'll probably want this one too. Hope to have helped.
