My wife and I have a beautiful silver tabby Maine Coon neuter just over a year old. All is going well except that we are having a very difficult time obtaining the registration papers from the breeder, who happens to be a member of MCBFA. Our struggle has been going on for over four months now - since we had him neutered as part of the agreement. How do we proceed from here? Thank you for the help.
