I am needing to locate several items needed for making cheese at home. The items include cheese wax, cultures or starters, molds, etc. If anyone has a source for buying these items I would appreciate the information. I have been told I need to find a cheese making supplier but so far have been unsuccessful. Thanks

Hoegger offers a great beginners cheesemaking book "Goats Produce Too!" and it has all kinds of recipes for cheese and other items using the milk and meat.
Have fun, Prisca
