How can I do to clean my 35 mm negatives from dust particles without treat the emulsion or the base ?

Answers

Kodak makes a film cleaning solution that I use only in DIRE situations(like spots). Otherwise, I just use canned air held about 12 inches from the negative sandwiched in the carrier.
