I have several lenses of differing filter sizes, and I'm trying to decide what the best solution to the problem is. All glass filters at 77mm (my largest filter size) with screw in adapters for the smaller lenses, or system like Lee, etc.

Any suggestions/comments appreciated.

I have several lenses of different sizes. Use cokin Filter system I have one filter holder and 4 different adapter rings. Just click in the adapter ring and there you go. It's easy and damn cheap. Plus Cokin has a alot of filters on the market. fomr 19.98 up to 40 bucks.

This is so true. When I first started buying cameras etc. I couldn't believe how expensive everything was. But I bought a bunch of used cokin filters and had a blast. They have one set that are called "Creative filters " I don't quite remember, but I do remember that it was a number of colored sheets. With a flimsy holder. It really was fun for Black and white. I got a taste for what different colored filters would do for my photos..ie...red, green and yellow were the most interesting. You can usually find these in the used sections of your local photo shops. The cases with be worn and scratched but the filters are usually okay. Have fun!!!
