Whew, that's a tough one. Probably the big regret was not taking this very glamorous job I was offered in New York (didn't want to move my kids) - I still sometimes think of that with regret.

the decision discontinue formal education. that was a bad one. however my informal education probably was better, difference is the lack of a sheepskin, also the education you get in experience seems to be along the lines you actually need it. andther thing - - - if i had made that decision i would not have the wife and children that i have now . . . continuing education would have put me in another place and another time and would have led me in a path where we probably wouldn't have met.
