depends on the definition of serious, serious to who ? the suppertime phone surveys in use now when the person doing the surveying won't disclose for who the survey is being done or what the purpose is - - - a quiet hang up will do it for me. if it is done by mail, i will look it over and decide if it is kosher, replying is a good thing, then i will go for it. but if i decide that it is not kosher......into the round file.
