As Sports Dude said , the scoring system for this game is not very good : any player with a little practice is able to reach the max score of 10000 on the 1st match ; but the real challenge is to succeed in the 2nd match (even by winning only several games)So my proposal is to count the number of games won (like the number of goals in all soccers) ; I 've just uploaded a score of 7 (6/0 1/2) : it's just a beginning and I'm sure that someone among you will do better soon (maybe win the match ?)
A.D. , G.K. , Sports Dude , Cronos and the other ones what do you think ? If it sounds good to you edit your score down to the number of games ; if you don't like the idea then I will edit mine to the unavoidable 10000

I agree with Phil, we should break the 10000 points tie, but I don't think the numbers of games won can be a good solution. A clever player can easily score 7 points in the 1st match by winning it 7-6!! and then do the same thing in the next game and so...if you know what I mean. Even worst, the better you played the 1st match, the harder level you will promove in the next one. So if a player, like Phil, won the 1st match 6-0, the 2nd match that expect you will be the level 3!!!(not the 2nd) and then the speculations will appear. A good suggestion could be: let's submit "the last level reached- number of games won". This way, the real score for Phil should be 31 (last level reached =3 - games won on that level =1) Mine should be 30 'cause I hit the Esc key as soon as I passed to level 3 :( Since the game still have a top score (that is "47") I also propose to "glue" at the end of our scores the final bonus until the "game over" So my finally proposal is : "the last level reached-number of games won on that level-final bonus".Example : 31500 (last level reached =3 - games won on that level =1 - final bonus : 500) We still have an unbeatable score, 4710000 in this case (last level reached =4 - number of games won on that level 7 - final score =10000), then it can be a possible tie also, but this time it will sure happen in level 4, (if not in the top score) and made it by players that definitivally mastered the game and not by players that reached 10000 bonus in level 1 !!!!!!!!!
I don't know if we must ask Zwaxy for this things or just start to editing our scores once we came out what method are we going to use, maybe Sports Dude can tell us more of these stuff.
Anyway, I'll be checking this post for your answers. Happy new year to everybody!!!!

If this game didn't have "Deuce", I'd suggest the World Court scoring system based on number of points. But I think yours is a reasonably good idea...my only problem is I don't know what my score would've been based on your system. =)

yes German you're right : number of games won is not a good thing ; I hadn't think about "keeping the foot on the brake" on the first match to make a 7/5 or 7/6 and not skip matches #2 and 3there is 6 matches : #1 #2 #3 #4-1 #4-2 #4-3 and winnning 6/0 make you skip #2 and #3 to start a new match on level #4-1
so here is my new proposal : number of matches won/skipped and number of games won in the last match ("gluing" the bonus is not necessary because match ends when it is zero)
examples : #1 win 6/0 #2 #3 skipped #4-1 lose 1/2 then score is 31 (it's my game so edit it to 31)
if somebody starts at level #4 and lose 3/4 then score is 03 (0 for no match won)
if somebody win #1 7/5 #2 6/3 and lose #3 2/4 score is 22
and if a champion win all the matches it will be 66 (or 67 if he wins the last by 7/5 or 7/6) ; could someone make it ? it's a real challenge no ?

Ok, I like the Phil's method. I didn't know this game was a 6 levels game. Since we all know that now all we have to do is to edit ours recordings with its corrects scores and add to them a short description of how was calculate it. Ok, I'll do it right now (mine will be 30).Bye,bye.

Thanks a lot German : I think it's a good thing for this gameNow waiting for others' editing ; or maybe Zwaxy or Pat can make it ?

OK, I have edited all the scores to zero, except that I left Phil's at 31 and German's at 30. It's up to the other players to review their INPs and update their scores properly.
