Any chance of posting the schedule for the winter on the web site? This should include weekend and midnite madness duty. Would be handy to look up on-line!

One-word answer: No.

Extended answer: Maybe. Belive it or not, we've already considered this, and decided against it. Remember, the Internet, and specifically the World Wide Web, is a public, and uh world-wide resource. Do you really want the full roster with your name, address, phone # and email out here for any wacko to look up and (ab)use for whatever purpose? I could also see problems with posting the duty shedule, including ones of liability, which would need to be discussed with the board and/or area management before moving ahead.

It would be possible to set up a "members only" area, with a login and password for each patroller. This would add to the adminstrative load of running the web site, adding new users, removing old ones, dealing with "I forgot my password" problems, etc. We may eventually get to that point, however, and then it would be relativly safe to post personal information.

All that being said, I or Diane would gladly e-mail roster and duty information to any interested patroler.
