Adoptable MC look-alikesgreenspun.com : LUSENET : Maine Coon Cats : One Thread |
This is such a wonderful forum -- I love learning about all aspects of these wonderful kitties! The reason I'm writing -- I've recently adopted two half-brother, MC look-alikes from a woman in Western Massachusetts who has had as many as two dozen of them living with her in a trailer. She loves them and cares for them the best she can, but she has very little money and has obviously had trouble keeping up with neutering, therefore her situation has gotten out of hand.(She has the original pair from whence they all came...)My two boys are absolutely delightful and I'd love to help her find homes for at least a half dozen others she feels she can part with. Her cats range in age from five months to 3 years and are mostly silver, gray or black. (One sister/brother pair she'd like to place are silver/black and absolutely gorgeous!) They have always been indoor cats and there is no charge -- she's just interested in finding good, loving homes for them. (I visit her from time to time and drop off a bag of cat food.) If anyone is interested in adopting one of more of these beautiful cats, you're welcome to contact me and I'll get you in touch with her. And I do recommend two -- it's been so much fun watching Max and Jake grow and interact with each other!

in dec 99 my silver gray cat which I had for 18 years passed away I have been looking to adopt or buy a maine coon cat. I live in Connecticut and would be able to give a kittie or kitties a great home with no other animals of children in my home. I can furnish any necessary papers of approval from my vetrinarian. You can reach me either at 203-879-2732 or work 203-426-7613
