No trouble with Y2K

Costa Rica was successful in overcoming the feared Millenium Bug, Science and Technology Minister Esteban Brenes asserted. He explained that, except for minor problems at the Costa Rican Oil Refinery(Recope) and at the Costa Rican Electricity Institution (ICE in Spanish) corrected early on January 1, all systems operated normally.

Thanks Bud. The way Costa Rica presents these minor problems is pretty humorous.

Encapsulation? That MUST be why all seems well at the moment.

Rather like that time in the hospital when the nurse put a band-aid on my broken leg. Everything was fine until the doctor tested my knee reflexes!
