Is a breeder responsible for a nine month old kitten's health if it is diagnosed with Feline Luekemia at this time? Our contract stated that the cattery was feline luekemia free and all cats were up to date on immunizations. This would have been the only contact our cat had with another cat to have contracted any disease. Please advise as he just had a "weak positive" result on the blood test and is currently fighting gingivitis gum disease. We really want to

There are several provisions under the Uniform Commercial Code that govern your contractual rights in this aspect. I note your posting was in Feb. If your situation has become more serious I will be glad to discuss your options under law. No Charge!
