ok, i'll be more specific. At the end of the episode Treavors neck snaps open, a custodian climes out, the custodians head opens, and a smileing robot guy pops out and begins to dance. what the hell is that about! was that not realy treavor??? HELP!!!!!!!

Trevor is merely his custodian and the custidian is merely the toy which Trevor created -- its a strange loop. It may represent the question of where and how our consciousness is created -- by our enviroment and interactions with others or by ourselves. Is man merely a product of his times?

No, I don't think it's Trevor. It's a robot or... something. As for the toy, I think it's just one of those things in this show that just comes out of nowhere and isn't really important to the plot, but sure looks cool. Like when Trevor ate the insect eggs in the first season. If you go about half way down the board you'll find a post entitled Purge Q&A with lots of chewy mental morsels to think about.

Personally, I saw the robot as social satire. It says that our leaders, the people we love & trust, can in fact be nothing more than a simple mental program, created by an even simpler program, running a continuous loop. Even now, I keep expecting one of those things to jump out of Al Gore... :)

Well, I cannot think, that Trevor is a robot - he simply created it. Remember, when Bambara peeked inside the cabin, when he was inside the train? Well there Trevor was constructing the tiny dancing robot. I suppose he then already planned to make the scenario at the end_ "Well Aeon, kill me in order to kill Bambara or let Bambara kill everyone else here around." I`m not sure, why he chose to show the outcome by a robot, but maybe he was not sure, how Aeon would choose, or he simply didn`t want to risk his life, but at least, this obot was not Trevor by himself - merely his copy.
