She was stabbed in the left neck, left chest and abdomin, right and left upper quadrant, according to the clip I saw from next week's episode. Carter was stabbed twice in the back.

How did you see all of that in the previews? I just have to say it was an amazing episode. Though I had to listen twice to figure out where Paul got the knife ("There was a bigger one in the lounge")

There is a 10 MB MAJOR SPOILER that you can download from this site's message board. It's the one titled "found big spoiler" about 10 messages before this one. It's a really good clip, with no music or effects whatsoever, though. That's where we learn where Carter and Lucy's injuries are, etc.
