My Worm, Charod, went on an "expedition" and brought back a flower called a "Griever." The little descritpion thing says it might be poisoned. What would it do if I fed it to my monster?

Throw it away. Like an Irritator it is bad to have in your inventory. I don't remember exactly what it does. I think it cause stress to go up or fatique. Something not cool. Anyway just throw it away.
