Was it just me,or did anyone else notice the very subtle,foreboding music in the background when Kerri was standing in front of "the room",trying to check the other patient's x-rays? Kinda let you know that the discovery was close at hand. How about the angle of the camera during the first fifteen,twenty minutes of the show,I was waiting for Paul to jump out from behind a gurney or supply cabinet,creepy.I thought it was sad when Mark asked Abby if she would cover,because they were short on staff.Also,last week,when I watched the previews for this week,I thought that they showed Carter on the floor,calling out for help. Well you know NBC, and their bad teaser commercials. They dubbed Carter shouting "Somebody?" over the image of him on the floor looking over at Lucy. He only called out once.

I definitely noticed the camera angle and was waiting for Paul to jump out. When I heard about the ped vs. car I wondered if it was going to be him.
