Does anyone know an internet resource to help me find galleries in specific Italian cities that carry photography?

Probably your best answer would be to use a Web search engine (Yahoo, altavista, excite, C4, dogpile, etc). If the site offers both directory and keyword search, first narrow the search to the city you want, then do a keyword search. You can try this first on Yahoo. Another way is to find photography-related sites in that city, inclduing universities and art museums, and e-mail your question to the webmaster for referral to one of the content authors. People love international e-mail.
