Oh Sysop.....greenspun.com : LUSENET : TB2K spinoff uncensored : One Thread |
There were many posters on the final Ed thread of the old forum, and in the later arguements on the new forum, that were strongly against the ban. Some of them stated they weren't interested in the new forum if those rules stood. I don't know who has new names here and who does not,...but you might have some clue. Any intest in contacting Sysman, Frank (and his two cents), Debbie, Dr.Shenker, and our Citizen lost at sea? This might be right up their alleys. Same, by the way, to any user here who might have contact with these people, or..be.. them..heh.

Right to the top, babeee.

Kritter, I'm counting on everyone to contact everyone else. I can't do it myself on Ed's new EZboard forum, because of registration and blowing my cover. I want to stay anonymous and only be the enabler of returning to what we once had. So feel free to contact them.

I'm here. Thanks for deciding to put up this new board. I just couldn't bring myself to post on the new TB2000 board - I hate the thought of censorship and especially for people who's only sin was to disagree with TPTB among the more extreme doomers. I don't want to belabor the Yourdon issue any longer as I'm afraid he's now become a nonentity to those who value full and open debate. My only real area of expertise is utility embedded systems and remdiation since I spent two years on that bandwagon. I'm an aviation buff with a private pilot license so I like to look at those issues also. I'll post whatever news stories or replies that seem appropriate.
I certainly lean to the polly side of the issue only because I spent two years seeing how resilient our systems actually are...some thng I didn't believe in 1997. On the other hand, I'd feel a lot better if oil wasn't rising so fast and the stock market actually made sense to me :^)
Thanks again for standing up for free speech.

I would love to hear from Uncle Deedah, bardou, and Hallyx. Also, she who stands wrapped in a sheet on a hill---that's not right, but you know who I mean.

I'm here. And I'm on the EZboard forum also. The ban really ticked me off, and still does. After thinking about it, I deceided that it wouldn't really prove anything if I didn't post there. I still have some friends over there that I want to stay in touch with. I'm just glad that I can contact my other friends here if need be. <:)=
