I recently purchased a kodak dc260 digital camera. I can save images in either jpeg or fpx format. I am going to Jamaica in a month, and want to know which format is better to use. I have been playing with it, and can't really notice much difference. I would like to print some of these pictures, and it is a 1.6 megapixel camera, so I should be able to. Any help would be very much appreciated! Thanks!

In my experience, using Photoshop for the actual printing, I have used the jpeg format mainly to achieve a high accessibility. The printouts from Photoshop look splendid on A4-enlargements fromthe original pictures (taken with a DC260). I use photoshop to enlarge the jpeg files into A4 size with 300 dpi, and thereafter erint on an Epson Color Stylus 600 with photo quality Glossy paper. It looks just like an ordinary photograph taken with my Minolta Camera.
