KARACHI: Trading on the Karachi Stock Exchange was suspended 30 minutes after the start of trade because of problems in the computers that run the automated trading system, an exchange official said.

The Karachi Stock Exchange 100-share index <.KSE up 8.32 points, or 0.41 percent, at 2,042 points when trade stopped.
