dear sir i as a professional photographer would like to establish a whole new digital setup. sir therefore i would like you to kindly suggest me as to where should i start and also the print out quality which i will get with the use of my digital equipments?

IMHO, It's difficult to answer this without a budget in mind. If money were not a problem (you said you are a pro), then I (assuming I won the lotto) would go with the Nikon D1 (~$5K) as the Camera and one of those nice Kodak 8900 series printers (~$6K-$7K?)Check out this link for the printer: http://www.kodak.com/global/en/professional/products/printers/8660/866 0.shtml
I think with these two as a combo you would match film quality up to about 11x14--but this depends upon content. Digital's can't currently match (exceed?) the large format cameras for quality in large prints.
If that printer budget is a little too high, then take a look at the new HP (1000/1100) & Epson Photo printers (750?).
You also would need to plan a computer budget if you didn't already have one, and would need a software product like Adobe Photoshop for your "digital darkroom".

Just buy the Epson 870, you won't be disappointed.
