Just as you mentioned, cheesecake. Any kind is just plain wonderful.

Well, I periodically used to eat a cheesecake a day, to the consternation of my best friend the med student. "Do you want to die?" she asked. Actually I don't, and I dropped the habit eventually. My all time favorite dessert is probably chocolate mousse, though. -The more immediate health risk is probably my liking for Italian foods with lost of cheese. I have been pretty close to choking a few times on the cheese, but thankfully I am still alive.

Kahlua brownies are the best. A italian restaurant called Carabbas serves them. I believe they are a national chain. They are the most deliciously decadent thing I've ever tasted. New York style cheesecake comes a close second. And let's not forget Dove dark chocolate candy bars.

Gosh, all time favorite dessert, that's a tough one, but really if I could have a piece of chocolate and let it melt on my tounge, I am a happy camper. I do love just about anything chocolate.

Oh chocolate, how I love thee, let me count the ways....lets see there's chocolate coffee, chocolate cake, cupcakes, and chocolate covered expresso beans for the late night college student. Organic chocolate is best becuse I then tell myself that it's good for me. And eating organic helps the earth right? So while eating double chocolate brownies made with organic cocoa and flour, I can congratulate myself for caring for the planet. This is my reality: enter with caution!

I'm not a big dessert eater but give me a big, fat, juicy steak any day. I wake up craving steak and I would eat it seven days a week if I could. Yum!
