I don't know the reply to your question, but I suspect that the prize of the Multi scanner would go up if they included the ICE technology, as they get it from other sources. Why not buy the Scan Elite? I've had one for almost two weeks now, and I am very impressed with it. It gives excellent results and the ICE works well on minor scrathes and especially on blue skies, which usually include a lot of random noice.
