I read recently about astrological gardening---that you should till in the new moon (which prevents weeds from sprouting) and plant in the full moon (to help new plants sprout). There is also some "magic" to the different phases of the moon throughout the month. Has anyone tried this? Does it work....or am I just getting a bit goofy?
