Peter Bunnell collected everything Weston wrote, minus the Daybooks, in one hard to find out of print book called, naturally enough,

Edward Weston: On Photography

I believe it contains everything of significance he wrote, including the Encyclopedia Britanica entry he was asked to write. I would suggest an inter-library loan unless you have Deeeeep pockets.
